Building Virtual Worlds

At Carnegie Mellon’s Entertainment Technology Center, Building Virtual Worlds is a fundamental course. Every two weeks you build an interactive virtual world with different groups and goals. Take a peek at the different worlds I helped create and check out my blog posts that go further into detail about the process and iteration of each game! Each team is made up of 2 programmers, 2 artists, and a sound designer. A producer is chosen each round to help manage the project. For each round, I was the sound designer and created background music, sound effects, and foley and also produced or co-produced.

  • Round One: Harmomelet

    Platform: Adaptive Controller

Synopsis: In Harmomelette, you are a popstar who has lost her groove and turns to cooking to bring her beat back. In this cooking and rhythm game, keep up with the beat to regain your passion for music!
